Walk In Truth Ministries (WITM) was founded by Pastor Tracy Edmond Sr. in May of 2006.
The purpose of the ministry is to offer salvation to those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Outreach and winning lost souls are the primary goals.
The founding Leadership Team for the Church consisted of Pastor Tracy Edmond Sr., Reverend Betty Lott, Minister Darren Dillard, Evangelist Jacqueline Dillard, and Evangelist Linda Gardner.
The journey to finding a permanent home for WITM has been tireless through the years.
WITM exemplifies thousands of small to mid-size churches across the country who understand the challenges of committing to God’s Will while serving the people and community in which in it exist.
WITM began with church service on Sunday mornings and bible study on Wednesday evenings at the Lejon Building located at 1801 W. Main Street Lansing, Michigan.
Church attendance outgrew the Lejon building and WITM moved into a rental agreement with the Lansing Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 111 N. Magnolia Street in Lansing, Michigan.
With church attendance continuing to grow and the WITM congregation moved again this time sharing space with Grace Tabernacle Church located at 1819 W. Willow Street in Lansing, Michigan.
The WITM congregation moved yet again and held services at the Days Inn located at 7711 W. Saginaw Highway in Lansing, MI, all the while still believing God for a place to call our own.
After much prayer, faith, and the favor of God, WITM obtained a building of our own and moved to 2001 W. Saginaw Street in Lansing, Michigan, and have remained there up until this day.
